The first Blanxart chocolate saw the light of day in a back room of a small house in Barcelona. In the meantime, that little room has made way for a chocolate factory in Sant Joan Despi, Barcelona, where the most exclusive chocolate products are made of the highest quality. The house Blanxart now produces world-class chocolate. The beans are carefully selected and come from plantations all over the world, from Ghana and Peru to Ecuador and the Philippines. The entire production process, from selecting the beans to roasting, takes place at the factory, which ultimately benefits the quality of the structure, taste and aroma. Blanxart's chocolate has a creamy taste and even has a very pure variant of 95%. Even unusual ingredients like green olives, goji berries, violets, blackberries and aloe vera are incorporated into the chocolate, making Blanxart chocolate not only a delight for the tongue, but also a feast for the eyes.

The Blanxart chocolate is organic fair chocolate. The bars are bean-to-bar and free from animal products and additives.
