The cocoa comes from the Ben Tre region in the Mekong Delta, in southern Vietnam.
The cocoa beans come from several farming families and are then taken to a cocoa processing station located in a school for young people with disabilities. The Vietcacao network has undertaken to transform this into a Work Assistance Center, aiming to help these young people reintegrate into the workforce.
The fermentation and drying of the beans take place there in order to control the stages as best as possible.

The powder is pressed and packaged in our workshops in Donzère.
You can mix it with milk or water and add sugar to taste for a chocolate breakfast or use it to prepare your desserts.
