Bars packed with talent and taste. From the small town of Woodstock, Bryan Graham turned the world of chocolate upside down. His unique milk bar got him his second International Chocolate Award and doubled the visitors to his shop in New York State. At the age of sixteen Graham was welcome to work as a pastry apprentice in a renowned local restaurant. At just eighteen he became their pastry chef. Soon the love for chocolate grew on his pastry heart and since 2011 making bean-to-bar chocolate has been his main focus.
