The chocolate house Amedei is one of the best in the world. Amedei was founded in 1990, in Pisa, Tuscany. The farmers also receive more than fair compensation for their cocoa beans, 60% more than on the world market. Amedei oversees the entire process from cocoa bean to the final product.
